JAKARTA – The dividend of the fiscal year 2022 of PT Pelayaran Nelly Dwi Putri Tbk (NELY) increases 66.6% from IDR 15 to IDR 25 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 23 to those listed by the recording date on June 7.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (29/5), NELY's dividend actually consists of the final fiscal year dividend of IDR 20 per share or IDR 47 billion in total, and interim dividend of IDR 5 per share or IDR 11.75 billion in total.

The dividend allocation refers to the record of its net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 126.29 billion, retained earnings of IDR 321.31 billion, and total equity worth IDR 583.79 billion.

In 2022, NELY channelled out dividend of the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 32.35 billion, comprising final dividend of IDR 10 or IDR 23.5 billion and interim dividend of IDR 5 or IDR 11.75 billion.

The net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2021 was IDR 51.40 billion, while its retained earnings hit IDR 230.25 billion and total equity worth IDR 491.91 billion. (LK/ZH)
