TOTO to share final dividend of IDR 103.2 billion
JAKARTA. PT Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk (TOTO), a renowned manufacturer of sanitation equipment and kitchen furniture, will distribute final dividend of IDR 103.2 billion, taken out of the 2022 net profit.
Said plan was made during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of TOTO last week. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed upon the allocation of 65.86% of the net profit gained in 2022 as cash dividend.
According to IDNFinancials data, TOTO has channelled out interim dividend of IDR 10 per share or IDR 103.2 billion last December. Therefore, the total cash dividend budgeted in the fiscal year 2022 could be rounded up to IDR 206.4 billion.
In 2022, TOTO scored IDR 313.4 billion of net profit. Its net profit indeed proliferated 99.9% year-on-year (yoy).
Therefore, it makes sense how the total dividend distributed by TOTO in the fiscal year 2022 also increased 66.67% yoy. Prior to this, the company only given out cash dividend of IDR 12 per share or IDR 123.8 billion in total for the fiscal year 2021.
As of now, Toto Limited, Japan, controls 37.90% of TOTO’s shares, followed by PT Multifortuna Asindo of 29.51%, PT Suryaparamitra Abadi of 25.05%, and public investors of 7.54%. (KR/ZH)
