VICI to channel lower amount of dividend, maxed at IDR 36.89 billion
JAKARTA – The dividend of PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (VICI) in the fiscal year 2022 was IDR 36.89 billion, shrinking from IDR 70.43 billion allocated in the fiscal year 2021.
Based on the IDNFinancials data compiled today (29/5), VICI collected IDR 97.63 billion of net profit in 20222, IDR 36.89 billion of which will be distributed as cash dividend, equal to IDR 5.5 per share. Then, another IDR 3 billion will be stored as reserves, leaving another IDR 57.74 billion as retained earnings.
In 2022, VICI recorded total dividend of IDR 10.5 per share or IDR 70.43 billion for the fiscal year 2021. The dividend consisted of interim dividend of IDR 3.5 per share or IDR 23.47 billion and the final dividend of IDR 7 per share or IDR 46.95 billion.
Back in 2021, VICI posted net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 177.27 billion, retained earnings of IDR 356.40 billion, and total equity worth IDR 356.40 billion.
In 2021, VICI also allocated IDR 33.54 billion of its net profit in 2020 as cash dividend, equal to IDR 5 per share. In 2020, its net profit attributable to the parent entity clocked up to DIR 148.36 billion, while its retained earnings reached IDR 256.14 billion, and its total equity was worth IDR 630.23 billion.
