JAKARTA - PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk (PANI) gained revenue of IDR 919 billion in Q1 2023 following increases in real estate sales, especially landed houses and land plots.

Ipeng Widjojo, Director of PANI, claimed that the sales increased 36% from the same period last year. “The contributor of sales is PANI’s subsidiary that is located at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2,” he revealed in the press release quoted Tuesday (30/5).

According to Widjojo, the company collected net profit of IDR 446 billion, thanks to efficiency in its operating expenses.

As of now, the company has acquired 762 hectares (Ha) of land in PIK 2 and is now eyeing marketing sales growth of 100%. “I aim to drive brilliant innovations in creating an optimum market at PIK 2, as well as generating sustainable profitability,” Widjojo added. (LK/ZH)
