JAKARTA - PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (PTSN) will distribute dividend of USD 1.96 million from the net profit gained in 2022. In the past two years, this issuer had chosen not to channel any dividend to its shareholders.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (31/5), said amount of dividend is equivalent to approximately IDR 29.40 billion if converted using mid-rate exchange of Bank Indonesia on May 26, of IDR 14,952 per USD.

The dividend allocation is made referring to the net profit attributable to the parent company of USD 9.89 million, unrestricted retained earnings of USD 35.61 million, and total equity worth USD 99.67 million.

For two consecutive years, this issuer had not distributed dividend despite profiting. In 2020, the net profit attributable to the parent entity was USD4.83 million, while in 2021, it profited USD 5.82 million.

From the 2021 net profit, USD 141,794 was stored as reserved funds. Similarly, in 2020, PTSN allocated USD 89,544 of its net profit as reserves.

The dividend of the fiscal year 2022 is expected to be distributed on June 19, referring to the official shareholders list by the recording date on June 12. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 8-9, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market will be on June 12-13. (LK/ZH)
