JAKARTA - PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) received a dividend of IDR 300 billion from PT Union Sampoerna Triputra Persada (USTP). On the other hand, this issuer disbursed cash dividends worth IDR 754.39 billion to its shareholders.

Joni Tjeng, Corporate Secretary of PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) revealed that dividends received from USTP took place last week (31/5). "USTP is a joint venture company with 50% share ownership," he said in an information disclosure quoted on Monday (5/6).

Referring to the 2023 Quarter I Financial Report, USTP and its subsidiaries recorded net assets of IDR 5.89 trillion. Sales were recorded at IDR 755.75 billion, profit for the period IDR 206.65 billion.

On the other hand, TAPG will distribute dividends of IDR 38 per share on (16/6) referring to the recording date on (29/5). Total net profit attributable to the parent entity was IDR 2.98 trillion, retained earnings that were not restricted for use were IDR 4.89 trillion, and total equity was IDR 10.41 trillion. (LK/LM)
