JAKARTA - The realised performance of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (SWID) in 2022 has gone beyond its target. Furthermore, the issuer also plans a dividend distribution, following the decision made by the shareholders.

Agung Cucun Setiawan, Corporate Secretary of Saraswanti Indoland Development claimed that the company's performance managed to exceed the target, although the condition in 2022, especially the transition to endemic status, still put the property and hotel industry at risk. "The revenue realisation reached IDR 135.5 billion, rising 6.44% from the revenue projection of IDR 120 billion," he said in the press release quoted Tuesday (6/6).

The 2022 revenue is also higher than the realised revenue in 2021 of IDR 127.3 billion. The realised net profit, amounting to IDR 22.87 billion, also surpasses the target of IDR 9.3 billion. It also goes over the realised profit in 2021 of IDR 20.7 billion.

As a result, the shareholders agreed to distribute the cash dividend of IDR 5.86 billion, leaving the remaining portion stored as retained earnings.

On top of this, SWID recorded completion of banks' outstanding obligations to IDR 58.5 billion, declining 29.4% from IDR 82.6 billion. (LK/ZH)
