JAKARTA - On Tuesday, May 30, PT Sejahtera Raya Perkasa disposed of 265 million shares of PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS). The ownership stake held by Sejahtera Raya fell from 20.34% to 13.1%. PT Trimegah Sekuritas IndonesiaTbk, as a new investor, then gained these shares of the company, which is also known as Indomobil Group, and it now owns 6.63% of this automotive issuer.

PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) and PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) were also seen purchasing their own shares once more; these purchases total 9.95 million DOID and 3.3 million DGIK, respectively. The share savings for Delta Dunia Makmur have now reached 12.02%, while the share savings for Nusa Konstruksi have now reached 6.4% DGIK.

PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia also chose to purchase 8.49 million shares of the private bank PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), and individual investor and controller Pieter Tanuri increased his holdings in football club PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk (BOLA) by 3.1 million shares. Additionally, as the controlling shareholder, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk purchased 1.87 million shares of hospital issuer PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), while PT Bogamulia Nagadi acquired an additional 1.34 million shares of pharmaceutical issuer PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC).

Meanwhile, two foreign investors who own more than 5% of the shares were the focus of the divestment decisions. First, 14.03 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were released by the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, giving it a 6.4% ownership stake. Fidelity Funds also sold 1.4 million shares of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), a producer of ceramics, for a final ownership stake of 7.37%. (KD)
