ASRI’s profit soared 673.23%, no dividend on sight
JAKARTA - PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) will skip the dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2022, although scoring 673.23% increase last year. In 2022, this company also cancelled the dividend distribution to its shareholders.
Joseph Sanusi Tjong, President Director of Alam Sutera Realty, mentioned that the company’s comprehensive profit in 2022 clocked up to IDR 1.09 trillion. “The shareholders agreed to allocate IDR 100 million of the net profit in 2022 as reserve funds and another IDR 1.09 trillion as retained earnings,” he said.
Said result was approved by the shareholders during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) today (6/6). The AGMS was attended by shareholders who represent 12.57 billion shares, equal to 63.997% of the total 19.64 billion shares.
In 2022, this property developer collected revenue of IDR 4.49 trillion, shifting from IDR 2.84 trillion in 2021. The gross profit also increased to IDR 2.63 trillion from IDR 1.50 trillion, as did the operating profit from IDR 1.22 trillion to IDR 2.13 trillion. In 2021, ASRI gained IDR 142.92 billion of net profit. (LK/ZH)
