JAKARTA. PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR), the holding company of PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), has obtained a loan facility with a total value of IDR 1.3 trillion.

Juliawati Gunawan Halim, Corporate Secretary of SUPR, said that the loan facility came from PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN) and PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia. In detail, IDR 900 billion came from BTPN and the remaining IDR 400 billion came from Mizuho.

Both loan facilities are guaranteed by Protelindo. The signing of the loan guarantee was carried out at the end of last May.

The term or tenor of the loan provided by BTPN is 4 years or up to 2026. Meanwhile, the loan from Mizuho is provided with a tenor of 3 years or up to 2025.

"This transaction was carried out for the purpose of refinancing an existing loan," said Halim, through an official statement. (KR/LM)
