JAKARTA - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) will issue Senior Notes of USD 500 million in Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST). These securities will be guaranteed by its subsidiary, BUMA Australia Pty Ltd.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (7/6), the management of DOID revealed that this plan is intended to maintain the liquidity and the working capital of the company. The proceeds of Senior Notes will then be used to pay off another set of Bonds of USD 400 million with an annual interest of 7.75%, which will mature in 2026, as well as acquiring assets of an unnamed company. According to the 2022 Financial Report, DOID recorded debt of USD 947.32 million.

The total value of these upcoming bonds is equal to 195.14% of DOID’s total equity until December 2022 of USD 256.22 million. These bonds will mature in 2029, equipped with an interest rate of 12% per annum, which will be paid every 6 months. (LK/ZH)
