MDKI’s dividend stable at IDR 10 per share
JAKARTA - PT Emdeki Utama Tbk (MDKI) to channel dividend of IDR 10 per share from its 2022 net profit, stable compared to the amount set in the fiscal year 2021.
The data compiled by IDNFinancial today (7/6) shows that the dividend in the fiscal year 2021 and 2022 was lower than the 2020 dividend, which was equal to IDR 12 per share or IDR 30.36 billion.
The dividend in the fiscal year 2022 will be disbursed on July 7 to shareholders officially listed by the recording date on June 15. The net profit attributable to the parent entity clocked up to IDR 37.95 billion, while its unrestricted retained earnings were IDR 140.63 billion, and its total equity reached IDR 940.21 billion.
In 2021, this issuer collected net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 38.70 billion, while its retained earnings were IDR 125.31 billion, and its total equity was worth IDR 905.29 billion. Meanwhile, in 2020, the net profit attributable to the parent entity managed to reach IDR 39.83 billion. Its retained earnings were reported at IDR 114.04 billion, and the total equity clocked up to IDR 889.98 billion.
Until April 2023, this chemical ingredient manufacturer recorded 2.53 billion units of listed shares, 65.1% of which belonged to PT Emde Industri. Vivian Setiakusuma owned another 5.2%, followed by the public of 14.2%, PT Ciputra Corpora of 2.6%, and others of 12.9%. (LK/ZH)
