JAKARTA. PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII), an industrial gas supplier, announces its plan to distribute cash dividend of IDR 14.9 billion taken out of its net profit in the fiscal year 2022.

Erwin, Manager of AGII, confirms that this plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last May. In the meeting, the shareholders agreed upon the allocation of 15% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will then be channelled out to AGII’s shareholders whose names have been officially listed by the recording date on June 14, 2023. Then, the disbursement will take place on July 6, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, AGII reported scoring IDR 99.34 billion of net profit in 2022. At the end of last year, the company also secured retained earnings of IDR 672.42 billion and total equity of IDR 3.69 trillion.

As of now, PT Samator still controls 35.24% of AGII’s shares, followed by Matrix Company of 31.83%, PT Aneka Mega Energi of 15%, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya of 10%, public investors of 7.93%, thus leaving the remaining portion shared among the directors and commissioners. (KR/ZH)
