Saraswanti Indoland Development sets on giving IDR 5.87 billion of dividend
JAKARTA. PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (SWID) has set up a plan to distribute cash dividend of IDR 5.87 billion or approximately IDR 1.08 per share that originates from its net profit in the fiscal year 2022.
Agung Cucun Setiawan, Director of Business Development and Corporate Secretary of SWID, mentioned that this plan is in line with the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held last May. In said AGMS, the shareholders agreed to allocate 25.7% of the net profit of the fiscal year 2022 as cash dividend.
The cash dividend will be given to SWID’s rightful investors whose names have been registered in the Official Shareholders List on June 14, 2023. Next, the disbursement of the cash dividend will take place on July 4, 2023.
According to IDNFinancials data, SWID recorded net profit of IDR 22.87 billion in 2022. At the end of the year, it still held onto retained earnings of IDR 25.24 billion and total equity worth IDR 211.21 billion.
SWID is a subsidiary of Saraswanti Group that is engaged in the property development industry. The company’s stock has been listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange since July 7, 2022. (KR/ZH)
