JAKARTA - On Monday, June 5, PT Darmi Bersaudara Tbk (KAYU), a company that deals with the processing of wood, welcomed a new individual investor. Following the acquisition of at least 57.61 million shares, the investor known as Wawan Setyawan now owns about 8.66% of Darbe Wood. Sabana Prawira Widjaja is another individual investor who made an effort to increase his holdings. The owner of 44.56% of the company increased his stake to 44.9% by purchasing up to 40 million shares of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk (ULTJ). At the same time, PT Danatama Kapital Investama increased its ownership stake in PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) by buying 88.86 million shares, increasing their stake to 6.43%.

Several other investors made smaller-scale purchases of additional shares. First, a buyback action returned up to 8.09 million shares of mining issuer PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) to the company. Then, 2.97 million shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), a company that makes electric vehicle batteries, were bought by PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, while 2.08 million shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), a pharmaceutical company, were bought by PT Bogamulia Nagadi. Additionally, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk increased its investment in PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), the issuer that manages the hospital, by 1.71 million shares.

A foreign investor, GOTO Peopleverse Fund, was still conducting this round's largest divestment by releasing 767.35 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). From the side of domestic investors, it was noted that PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika sold 15.82 million shares of ceramic manufacturer PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA) and PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk sold 5.91 million shares of tourism agent PT Bayu Buana Tbk (BAYU).
