JAKARTA - PT Madusari Murni Indah Tbk (MOLI), a honey manufacturer, once again cancels its dividend distribution to shareholders for the fiscal year 2022. According to the record, MOLI had channelled out dividend in the fiscal year 2020 and 2019.

The data received by IDNFinancials today (9/6) shows that the company posted IDR 11.31 billion of net profit in the fiscal year 2022, consisting of IDR 7.42 billion attributable to the parent entity, while the remaining IDR 3.81 billion is attributable to non-controllers.

This honey manufacturer booked net profit of IDR 38.80 billion in 2021, IDR 29.87 billion of which was channelled to the parent entity, leaving IDR 8.92 billion to the non-controllers. In 2020, it recorded IDR 79.28 billion of net profit, IDR 66.09 billion of which was allocated to the parent entity, and another IDR 13.97 billion to the non-controllers. Despite profiting in the past two years, the company decided no to allocate dividend to shareholders.

In 2019, MOLI recorded net profit of IDR 60.91 billion, allocating IDR 50.14 billion of them to the parent entity and another IDR 10.67 billion to non-controllers. The channelled dividend amounted to IDR 5.75 per share.

Until May 2023, MOLI booked 2.71 billion shares, with the shareholder structure consisting of Handjojo Rustanto of 12.73%, Indra Winarno of 6.93%, Henny Rustanto of 6.9%, Handayani Rustanto of 5.44%, PT Cropso Panen of 52.15%, PT Sejahtera Investama of 5.35%, Sandojo Rustanto of 1.17%, and the public of 9.33%.
