JAKARTA - PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (JKON) will distribute a dividend of IDR 48.92 billion for the fiscal year 2022. Last year, the company deferred its dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2021. 

According to the information disclosure quoted Monday (12/6), Umar Ganda, President Director of JKON, confirmed that the cash dividend will amount to IDR 3 per share and will be distributed to rightful investors on July 7 based on the names in the official register of shareholders by the recording date on June 19.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 15-16, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on June 19-20.

JKON recorded net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 200.75 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.84 trillion, and total equity of IDR 2.86 trillion at the end of the fiscal year 2022.

In 2021, JKON struggled with a loss of IDR 38.06 billion. It also did not allocate reserve funds, because it finally reaches 20% of its own issued and paid-up capital. (LK/ZH)
