JAKARTA. PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG), a plantation company established circa 1985, announces the dividend distribution plan worth IDR 317.99 billion or IDR 30 per share, taken out of its net profit gained in the fiscal year 2022.

Paulina Suryanti, Corporate Secretary of DSNG, said that this plan had gained approval from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held a couple days ago. In said AGMS, the shareholders agreed to allocate 26.4% of the net profit of the fiscal year 2022 as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will be given out to DSNG’s shareholders whose names have been registered by the recording date on June 20, 2023. Next, the dividend payment will be made on July 6, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, DSNG booked net profit of IDR 1.21 trillion in the fiscal year 2022. At the end of last year, the company also still possessed retained earnings of IDR 4.95 trillion and total equity worth IDR 8.16 trillion. (KR/ZH)
