JAKARTA - PT Phapros Tbk (PEHA) arranges the dividend distribution of IDR 11.23 billion from its net profit in 2022. This year’s dividend starts to rise after its decline in the dividend of the fiscal year 2021.

The data compiled by IDNFinancials today (12/6) shows that the dividend is set to approximately IDR 13.37 per share, and will be disbursed on July 12 based on the Official Register of Shareholders by the recording date on June 20. The net profit attributable to the parent company in 2022 was recorded at IDR 28.06 billion, followed by retained earnings of IDR 447.56 billion and total equity of IDR 771.81 billion.

In 2022, the dividend allocated from the 2021 net profit reached IDR 6.64 billion or IDR 7.91 per share. PEHA’s net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2021 clocked up to IDR 11.07 billion, followed by its retained earnings of IDR 443.13 billion and total equity of IDR 740.97 billion.

Prior to this, PEHA’s dividend was at IDR 19.39 billion or IDR 23.08 per share. This amount of dividend is the result of the net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2020 of IDR 43.38 billion, retained earnings of IDR 414.04 billion, and total equity of IDR 740.90 billion. (LK/ZH)
