JAKARTA. PT Indo Kordsa Tbk (BRAM), a manufacturer of tyres and its raw materials, reveals the plan of final dividend distribution amounting to IDR 90.01 billion or IDR 200 per share.

Said plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held a couple of days earlier. In this AGMS, shareholders agreed to allocate cash dividend of IDR 225.01 billion.

For the record, BRAM had previously channelled interim dividend of IDR 135 billion or IDR 300 per share in October 2022. Therefore, the total cash dividend received by the shareholders for the fiscal year 2022 is IDR 500 per share.

The final dividend will be given to BRAM’s rightful investors whose names have been registered under the official list by June 16, 2023. The final dividend will be disbursed on June 26, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials record, BRAM recorded net profit of USD 31.99 million in the fiscal year 2022. The company also held onto retained earnings of USD 68.26 million, while the total equity was worth USD 222.48 million. (KR/ZH)
