JAKARTA - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) plans to share the cash dividend of the fiscal year 2022 of USD 2 million on July 7, 2023. Last year, this issuer abstained from distributing dividend to its shareholders.

Olga Oktavia Patuwo, Corporate Secretary of DOID, mentioned that the dividend will be given to rightful investors officially listed by the recording date on June 20. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 16 and 19, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market scheduled on June 20-21.

DOID's dividend is allocated based on the net profit attributable to the parent entity of USD 28.63 million, retained earnings of USD 93.50 million, and total equity of USD 256.22 million.

Last year, the shareholders also agreed to the distribution of interim dividend of USD 5.15 million from the fiscal year 2022. As of September 2022, DOID's net profit attributable to the parent entity was USD 20.58 million, while its retained earnings were USD 90.92 million, and total equity was worth USD 254.06 million.
