JAKARTA. PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT), a property and real estate company, reveals the plan of distributing cash dividend of IDR 288.75 billion taken out of its net profit in 2022.

Praditya Wibowo, Corporate Secretary of JRPT, mentioned that said plan is in line with the result of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders held a couple of days earlier. In this meeting the shareholders agreed to allocate 33.5% of the net profit in the fiscal year 2022 as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will be given to JRPT’s shareholders whose names have entered the Official Register of Shareholders by June 20, 2023. The disbursement is scheduled on July 7, 2023, in which each share is entitled to the cash dividend of IDR 21.

According to IDNFinancials data, JRPT scored net profit of IDR 860.91 billion in 2022. At the end of the year, the company also collected retained earnings of IDR 7.64 trillion and total equity of IDR 8.63 trillion. (KR/ZH)
