By purchasing 3.3 billion shares, CGS-CIMB Securities Singapore gains ownership of 5.19% of Astrindo Nusantara (BIPI)
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, June 6, as many as 3,306,366 shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) were acquired by CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. This foreign investor received immediate ownership of 5.19% of the energy resources infrastructure issuer for this expenditure. The mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) also acquired 18.5 million shares of its own shares, followed by PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, which once again collected 5.2 million shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), a company that makes electric vehicle batteries.
Additionally, individual shareholder Djadjang Tanuwidjaja increased his ownership of PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTL) by 2 million shares. Moreover, PT Bogamulia Nagadi purchased 625,400 shares of the pharmaceutical firm PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), while 260,000 shares of the hospital management firm PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) were purchased by PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk.
Meanwhile, Chemical Asia Corporation Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based foreign investor, sold 142.71 million shares of PT Victoria Investama Tbk (VICO), a financial firm, while the GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 115.55 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). This time, investor PT Gozco Capital was also seen selling 100 million BBYB shares from banking issuer PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB). Finally, 1.03 million shares of PT Himalaya Energi Perkasa Tbk (HADE), one of the businesses investing in the trading and distribution of LPG, were released by the Reksadana PAN Arcadia Ekuitas Progresif 2.
