JAKARTA - Investor CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. added 5 million shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) on June 7 after purchasing more than 3.3 billion shares the day before. With this investment, CGS-CIMB now owns a total of 5.2% of the energy resource infrastructure issuer. Additionally, 5.5 million additional MBMA shares were bought by PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, the company's largest shareholder. Also, PT Bogamulia Nagadi acquired 2.05 million shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), a pharmaceuticals company, while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back 2.79 million of its shares.

However, the shares of several Indonesian issuers were sold by foreign investors. Unsurprisingly, the sale of 42.13 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) by GOTO Peopleverse Fund started off this list. Then, Singapore's Provident Warehouse Pte Ltd. appeared to be selling 14.72 million shares of PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMLP), a property developer. Another Singaporean investor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, also sold PT Hatten Bali Tbk (WINE) shares, albeit in much smaller quantities—176,200 shares.

Additionally, the controlling shareholder of the financial services provider, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), namely PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, initiated the domestic investor's sales by releasing 7.19 million SMMA shares. Approximately 6.27 million shares of technology issuer PT IndoSterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH) were also sold by its controller, PT Indosterling Sarana Investa. Finally, investor PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari sold up to 6.14 million shares of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), a palm oil producer. (KD)
