JAKARTA. PT Caturkarda Depo Gedung Tbk (DEPO), a retail issuer with a chain of supermarkets for building materials, will distribute a cash dividend of IDR 15.62 billion or IDR 2.3 per share.

Caroline Kettin, Director of DEPO, conveyed the plan in accordance with the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which was held last week. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate 15% of net profit for the 2022 fiscal year as cash dividends.

Cash dividends will be given to DEPO shareholders, whose names are recorded on the recording date on June 21, 2022. Cash dividend payments will be made on July 3, 2023.

According to idnfinancials.com data, DEPO posted a net profit of IDR 103.36 billion in the 2022. At the end of the year, the company also had a retained earnings balance of IDR 509.54 billion. Meanwhile, the company's total equity was recorded at IDR 1.17 trillion.

Currently, PT Tancorp Surya Sukses owns 23.50% of DEPO's shares. PT Buanatata Adisentosa also owns 23.50% of the shares, Kambiyanto Kettin owns 22.74% of shares, Global House International Company Limited 22%, and public investors 8.26%. (KR/LM)
