JAKARTA - PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML) aims to raise a maximum of IDR 120 billion worth of capital in a rights issue. In this corporate action plan, the company will issue 400 million shares of IDR 25 each.

Based on the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (14/6), in this issuance of shares, 10 million old shares will be entitled to a new share worth IDR 300. With this ratio, BSML aims to raise IDR 120 billion in total.

Assuming that PT Goldlive Investment Capital (GIC) will exercise its entire rights over 186.47 million shares, while others do not exercise their rights, GIC's portion will rise to 51.51% from 46.62%.

BSML's issued and paid-up capital will also increase to IDR 50.91 billion from IDR 46.25 billion. After the rights issue, the structure of the shareholders consists of GIC of 51.51%, Nengah Rama Gautama of 12.72% from 14%, Pramayari Hardian Doktrianto, Ariyanti Pelita Sari, and David Desanan Anan Winowod of 3.63% each from 4%, and the public of 24.88% from 27.38%.
