JAKARTA. PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA), a property and real estate developer commercially operating since 1994, reveals its plan to disburse cash dividend of IDR 78.85 billion or IDR 10.3 billion.

Olivia Surodjo, Director and Corporate Secretary of MTLA, confirmed that this plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 9. In this meeting, the shareholders approved the allocation of 19.95% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will be given out to MTLA’s rightful investors whose names have entered the official list by the recording date on June 21. The dividend payment will be made on July 13, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, MTLA recorded net profit of IDR 395.3 billion in 2022. The company also held onto retained earnings of IDR 3.4 trillion, while its equity was worth IDR 3.75 trillion.

As of now, approximately 37.52% of MTLA’s shares belong to PT Metropolitan Persada Internasional. PT Ciputra Nusantara claims another 15%, while public investors share another 44.26%, leaving the remaining portion to directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/ZH)
