JAKARTA - PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE) has allocated IDR 18.23 billion or IDR 20.94 per share as cash dividend in the fiscal year 2022. The amount of dividend is much higher, 100% increase from the dividend in the fiscal year 2021 due to the profit surge.

The data compiled by IDNFinancials today (15/6) mentions that ZONE has gathered net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 72.93 billion in the fiscal year 2022. It then allocates 25% of said profit as cash dividend, leaving the remaining amount to be stored as reserved funds to support operational activities, and another IDR 150 million as mandatory reserves.

In 2022, ZONE distributed dividend of IDR 9.26 billion or IDR 10.65 per share in the fiscal year 2021. The net profit attributable to the parent company in 2021 was IDR 30.91 billion, followed by its retained earnings of IDR 128.47 billion, and total equity worth IDR 283.77 billion.

The performance of ZONE has been consistently increasing since 2020. Its 2022 sales soared to IDR 672.88 billion from IDR 463.87 billion in 2021, which also increased from IDR 326.77 billion of revenue and IDR 34.87 billion of loss in 2020. (LK/ZH)
