JAKARTA - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) will disburse USD 40 million of cash dividend for the fiscal year 2022. This amount of dividend is equal to IDR 594.72 billion using mid-rate of Bank Indonesia (BI) on June 14 of DR 14,868 per USD.

In the information disclosure quoted today (15/6), Siendy K. Wisandana, Corporate Secretary of Medco Energi Internasional, confirmed that the dividend will amount to USD 0.0016 per share to rightful investors on June 30, according to the official register by the recording date on June 14.

This amount of dividend is different from the interim dividend in the fiscal year 2022 of USD 25 million, making the total final dividend in 2022 clocks up to USD 65 million. The dividend allocation is made based on the record of net profit attributable to the parent entity of USD 530.88 million, retained earnings of USD 461.93 million, and total equity of USD 1.73 billion.

Meanwhile, on September 8, 2022, the interim dividend was allocated after considering the net profit in March 2022 of USD 90.03 million, retained earnings of USD 593.84 million, and total equity worth USD 1.29 billion. (LK/ZH)
