JAKARTA. PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), a biscuit and confectionery manufacturer commercially operating since 1978, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 782.55 billion.

Yuni Gunawan, Corporate Secretary of MYOR, mentioned that the plan conforms to the result of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 13, 2023. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 39.7% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will then be channelled out to MYOR’s shareholders whose names have been listed under the official register by the recording date on June 23, 2023. Each share is entitled to receive cash dividend of IDR 35, which will be distributed on July 11, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, MYOR scored IDR 1.97 trillion of net profit in 2022. At the end of the same year, the company still held onto retained earnings of IDR 1.18 trillion and possessed IDR 12.83 trillion worth of equity.

As of now, 32.93% of MYOR is under the control of PT Unita Branindo. PT Mayora Dhana Utama claims another 26.14%, followed by Jogi Hendra Atmadja of 25.24%, and public investors of 15.69%. (KR/ZH)
