JAKARTA - PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk acquired 1,552,926,622 shares on Monday, June 12. The energy company PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), of which Trimegah Sekuritas currently owns about 6.26% of the shares, was the source of the shares that were purchased. However, PT Bakrie Kalila Investment, ENRG's largest shareholder, sold 1.04 billion shares, reducing its stake from 47.97% to 43.77%.

PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL), a company that produces coal, also saw its shares being bought and sold. It's notable that individual investors were responsible for these transactions. Sujaka Lays actually disposed of about 190.93 million shares of COAL, while Hendra Hasan Kustarjo added 100 million shares to his investment portfolio. As a result, Sujaka now owns about 38.51% of the company, while Hendra's ownership stake increased to 7.2%.

Several other investors also increased their stakes. A Singaporean investor, Barokah Melayu Foods Pte Ltd., then purchases 7.5 million shares of the restaurant chain PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk (ENAK), while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), which continues to buy back its shares on a regular basis, purchases 10.20 million shares this time. PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) taxi company shareholder Adrianto Djokosoetono also bought around 3.93 million additional shares.

Meanwhile, investor PT Artalindo Semesta Nusantara reportedly sold 177.5 million shares of communication equipment issuer PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO). This number differs slightly from the volume of 173.09 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) sold by the GOTO Peopleverse Fund. Last but not least, PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia sold 64.07 million shares of radio company PT Mahaka Radio Integra Tbk (MARI). (KD)
