JAKARTA – PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL) is planning a dividend distribution of IDR 88.44 billion or IDR 30 per share on July 14. The rightful shareholders will be referred from the official register by the recording date on June 26.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (16/6), Hersan Qiu, Director of HILL, reveals that the allocation refers to the record of net profit attributable to the parent entity in December 2022 of IDR 301.03 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 203.73 billion, and total equity of IDR 768.37 billion.

The cum and ex-dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled on June 22-23, while the cum and ex-dividend in the cash market is set to June 26-27.

HILL booked revenue of IDR 3.26 trillion in 2022, increasing from 2021 revenue of IDR 1.98 trillion. Its current year’s net profit in 2021 was recorded at IDR 506.63 billion, leading to net profit of IDR 403.69 billion. (LK/ZH)
