JAKARTA. PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk (JTPE) announces the plan to distribute IDR 51.39 billion of cash dividend, equivalent to IDR 7.5 per share, taken out of its net profit in 2022.

Lukito Budiman, Corporate Secretary of JTPE, mentioned that this plan conforms to the decision made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday (14/6). In this meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 40% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will be given out to JTPE’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on June 26, 2023. The disbursement is scheduled to take place on July 3.

According to IDNFinancials data, JTPE posted net profit of IDR 127.25 billion in the fiscal year 2022. It also still possessed retained earnings of IDR 664.85 billion and total equity of IDR 1.02 trillion.

As of now, approximately 45.67% of JTPE is controlled by PT Jasuindo Multi Investama. Toppan Gravity Limited has another 20%, followed by Yongky Wijaya of 4.38%, Melinda Poerwanto of 2.19%, Allan Wibisono of 0.73%, and public investors of 27.03%. (KR/ZH)
