JAKARTA - PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS) will give out a cash dividend of IDR 77.74 billion from the net profit gained in 2022. This amount of dividend is separated from the interim dividend of IDR 38.87 billion. 

The data received by IDNFinancials today (19/6) reveals that LTLS will distribute cash dividend of IDR 50 per share to its rightful investors next week (28/6) based on the official list by the recording date on June 26. The ex and cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 22-23, followed by the dates in the cash market of June 26-27. 

The net profit of LTLS was recorded at IDR 321.01 billion, while its retained earnings were IDR 1.84 trillion. The total equity was worth IDR 2.98 trillion. For the record, the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2022 was set to IDR 116.61 billion or IDR 75 per share.

For the fiscal year 2021, LTLS posted net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 279.62 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.56 trillion, and total equity of IDR 2.70 trillion.

The dividend in the fiscal year 2021 was IDR 108.83 billion or IDR 70 per share, consisting of interim dividend of IDR 31.09 billion and the cash dividend disbursed to the names in the Official Register of Shareholders of IDR 77.74 billion. (LK/ZH)
