JAKARTA - PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), formerly known as PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk, has prepared capital expenditure (capex) of IDR 367 billion to attain its marketing sales target of IDR 2.1 trillion in 2023.

According to the explanation of Yohanes Edmond Budiman, Director of PANI, during today’s (19/6) Public Expose, until May 2023, approximately IDR 2.4 billion of the capital expenditure had been absorbed. “The remainder is still abundant. It will be utilised for land acquisition, as well as establishing bases to generate recurring and non-recurring income,” he said.

Then, the board of directors also revealed that the target of the marketing sales of PANI in 2023 is set to IDR 2.1 trillion. It is 12% higher than the realisation in 2022 of IDR 1.9 trillion, which were dominated by commercial plots.

“Until Q1 2023, PANI has posted marketing sales of IDR 534 billion, meaning that we have attained 25% of the target,” continued Budiman.

Supported by Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group, PANI has publicly announced its plan to handle property projects in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, ranging from commercial and residential buildings, as well as shop-houses and SOHOs. (ZH)
