JAKARTA - CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. acquired more than 1.18 billion shares of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) on Wednesday, June 14. This share purchase provided this new foreign investor with approximately 10.58% ownership of the property developer issuer. Tree of Blessing Pte Ltd., one of INPP's main shareholders, sold 1.11 billion shares instead, reducing the investor's ownership, which is also from Singapore, by 10% to 32.17%.

Furthermore, PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia purchased just under sixty million shares of oil and gas tanker issuer PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL). PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), which has bought back 8.27 million shares with an additional 0.1% ownership, also continued its regular share purchase. Not only that, PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, which purchased 7.15 million shares of the issuer of electric vehicle battery manufacturers, PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), and PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, which purchased 2.49 million shares of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), a hospital management company, did the same. Furthermore, PT Bogamulia Nagadi purchased another 1.52 million shares of pharmaceutical issuer PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC) this time.

PT Artalindo Semesta Nusantara, on the other hand, sold 197.5 million shares of telecommunications gadget company PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO). Artalindo's ownership decreased from 20.81% to 10.49% as a result of this divestment. The GOTO Peopleverse Fund also continued to sell 84.31 million shares of on-demand services provider PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while PT Toba Sejahtera sold 7.81 million shares of energy issuer PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA).
