JAKARTA - On Thursday, June 15, a Singaporean foreign investor, UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd., hurled 45 million shares of PT Tunas Alfin Tbk (TALF) to the majority shareholder of this packaging products manufacturer, PT Proinvestindo. Because the volume of shares traded represents approximately 3.32% ownership, Proinvestindo now controls roughly 91.47% of the company, while UOB Kay Hian owns about 7.96%.

Furthermore, PT Danatama Kapital Investama purchased 97 million shares in PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), an oil and gas tanker company. Edwin Soeryadjaya, a businessman and the founder of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG), also acquired approximately 12.95 million shares in this investment firm. PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk then purchased 11.99 million shares of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), a hospital's management company, while PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara purchased 8.4 million shares of electric vehicle battery manufacturer PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA). Furthermore, as many as 2.41 million shares of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) were bought back by this mining holding company.

Meanwhile, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold the most shares this time, selling 183.21 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a provider of on-demand service applications. Sujaka Lays then once again released 34.91 million shares of PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL), a coal producer.
