JAKARTA - PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM), a general contractor and interior designer, caught the attention of a new individual investor named Matheus Purwonugroho Sumarkam. After purchasing approximately 63.72 million shares on Friday, June 16, Matheus became the new shareholder of SMKM with a 5.09% ownership stake.

Following suit, PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara purchased 9.84 million shares of electric vehicle battery manufacturer PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) purchased 2.79 million of its own shares. Furthermore, CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. added 1 million shares of PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI) to its investment portfolio.

PT Esa Gemilang, on the other hand, divested 50 million shares in coal producer PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL). GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold a large number of shares, releasing approximately 16.87 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), one of Indonesia's largest on-demand service providers.

PT Toba Sejahtera also chose to divest, selling 3.83 million shares of energy issuer PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA), while PT Proinvestindo decided to sell 3.58 million shares of packaging product manufacturer PT Tunas Alfin Tbk (TALF). Tee Teddy Setiawan, an individual investor, was also seen selling 3.3 million shares of PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk (CASH), a payment and financial technology company. Lastly, an investor named Reksadana PAN Arcadia Ekuitas Progresif 2 sold 1.81 million shares of the investment company PT Himalaya Energi Perkasa Tbk (HADE). (KD)
