JAKARTA – The dividend of PT Puradeltamas Lestari Tbk (DMAS) for the fiscal year 2022 is recorded at IDR 10 per share, three times higher than the dividend allocated in the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 2.5 per share.

The information disclosure quoted Wednesday (21/6) mentions that Tondy Suwanto, Corporate Secretary of Puradeltamas Lestari, confirms that the company will distribute total dividend of IDR 481.98 billion on July 14, setting the recording date to June 30.

The ex and cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 27-28, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on June 30 and July 3.

The dividend allocation refers to the record of net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 1.21 trillion, retained earnings of IDR 508.94 billion, and total equity of IDR 5.72 trillion.

In 2021, the issuer allocated IDR 714.74 billion of dividend, based on unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 137.63 billion and total equity of IDR 5.35 trillion. (LK/ZH)
