JAKARTA - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) has set the total dividend of the fiscal year 2022 to IDR 1.91 trillion. The dividend will then amount to IDR 79.50 per share, to be disbursed on July 14.

Quoting the information disclosure today (21/6), Syarif Faisal Alkadri, Corporate Secretary of Antam, said that the dividend allocation is made based on the record of the net profit in 2022 of IDR 3.82 trillion, retained earnings of IDR 12.66 trillion, and total equity of IDR 23.71 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market will fall on June 23 and 26, followed by the cum and ex date in the cash market on June 27-28.

In 2022, the issuer allocated dividend for the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 930.87 billion or IDR 38.73 per share. The company recorded net profit attributable to the parent company in 2021 of IDR 1.86 trillion, retained earnings of IDR 9.79 trillion, and total equity of IDR 20.83 trillion. (LK/ZH)
