JAKARTA. PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED), the manufacturer of OneMed medical devices, arranges the distribution of cash dividend of IDR 85.78 billion or IDR 3.17 per share.

Daniel Kurniawan, Head of Corporate Secretary of OMED, confirms that this plan is in accordance with the outcome of the last Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. In this meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 30% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

The cash dividend will be given to OMED’s shareholders, whose names are included in the official register by the recording date on June 8, 2023. The payment of the dividend will then be made on June 27, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, OMED scored a net profit of IDR 285.78 billion in the fiscal year 2022. At the end of 2022, the company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 1.04 trillion and total equity of IDR 2.07 trillion.

As of now, 83.30% of OMED’s shares are under the control of PT Intisumber Hasil Sempurna. Public investors claim another 15%, leaving the remaining portion to Siane Soetanto and Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto of 0.85% each. (KR/ZH)
