Summarecon Agung to pay out IDR 115.56 billion in cash dividends
JAKARTA. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA), a property and real estate issuer, will distribute a cash dividend of IDR 115.56 billion or IDR 7 per share.
Jemmy Kusnadi, Corporate Secretary of SMRA, conveyed the plan in accordance with the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which was held on 15 June 2023. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate 18.5% of net profit for the 2022 fiscal year as cash dividends.
Cash dividends are given to SMRA shareholders, whose names are recorded at the recording date on June 27 2023. Cash dividend payments will be made on July 14, 2023.
According to idnfinancials.com data, SMRA recorded a net profit of IDR 625.38 billion in the 2022 fiscal year. At the end of the year, the company had a retained earnings balance of IDR 658.28 billion and total equity of IDR 11.75 trillion.
Currently, 33.83% of SMRA's shares are owned by PT Semarop Agung. Public investors own 64.64% shares, Liliawati Rahardjo 1.44% and Harto Djojo Nagaria 0.13% shares. (KR/LM)
