JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Fibreboard Industry Tbk (IFII) will distribute dividends of IDR 2 per share in the 2022 fiscal year, down from the 2021 fiscal year of IDR 4 per share. However, the net profit attributable to the parent entity increased from the 2021 fiscal year.

Evan Kristian, Corporate Secretary of PT Indonesia Fibreboard Industry Tbk (IFII) said that the maximum dividend value is IDR 18.82 billion from the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 97.11 billion. "Dividend payments on (21/7) refer to the recording date of the Register of Shareholders (DPS) on (5/7)," he said in an information disclosure quoted on Thursday (22/6).

IFI shareholders set an unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 189.17 billion and a total equity of IDR 1.14 trillion in the 2022 fiscal year.

In 2022, this issuer distributed a total dividend of IDR 37.64 billion from the net profit for the 2021 fiscal year which was attributable to the parent entity of IDR 82.34 billion. Retained earnings balance was IDR 130.70 billion, and total equity was IDR 1.08 trillion. (LK/LM)
