Sillo Maritime Perdana to distribute IDR 47.6 billion cash dividends
JAKARTA. PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP), an issuer providing offshore vessels to support the upstream oil and gas industry, will distribute a cash dividend of IDR 47.6 billion or IDR 17.5 per share.
Anastasia Xenia, Corporate Secretary of SHIP, conveyed the plan according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which was held on 20 June. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate around 17% of net profit for the 2022 financial year.
Cash dividends will be given to SHIP shareholders, whose names are recorded on the recording date on July 5, 2023. Cash dividend payments are scheduled for July 21, 2023.
According to idnfinancial.com data, SHIP recorded a net profit of US$ 18.89 million or around IDR 282 billion in the 2022 financial year. At the end of the year, the company also had a retained earnings balance of US$ 88.1 million and total equity of US$ 172.19 million.
Currently, 44.85% of SHIP shares are controlled by PT Goldenheaven Prima Investama. PT Maxima Prima Sejahtera owns 36.77% shares and the remaining 18.38% shares are owned by public investors. (KR/LM)
