JAKARTA. PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI) will distribute a cash dividend of IDR 116.69 billion or IDR 25 per share, from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year.

Leny, Corporate Secretary of KKGI, conveyed the plan in accordance with the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which was held on 21 June 2023. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate around 20% of net profit for the 2022 fiscal year as cash dividends.

Cash dividends will be given to KKGI shareholders, whose names are registered in the register of shareholders on July 6, 2023. Cash dividend payments are scheduled for July 14, 2023.

According to idnfinancials.com data, KKGI recorded a net profit of US$38.67 million in the 2022 fiscal year. This is equivalent to IDR 579.98 billion at an exchange rate of IDR 14,998.6 per dollar.

At the end of the 2022 fiscal year, KKGI also had a retained earnings balance of US$154.16 million. Meanwhile, the company's total equity was recorded at US$122.94 million. (KR/LM)
