JAKARTA - PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 47.59 billion from profits for the 2022 financial year. These dividends will be distributed to shareholders on (21/6).

Anastasia Xenia, Corporate Secretary of SHIP announced that dividends will be distributed at IDR 17.5 per share. "Dividend payments to shareholders are based on the recording date as of (5/7)," she said in an information disclosure quoted on Friday (23/6).

The distribution of dividends refers to net profit attributable to the parent entity of US$ 18.88 million, retained earnings of US$ 88.10 million, and total equity of US$ 172.19 million.

As for the cum and ex dividends on the regular market and the negotiated market on (3-4/7) as well as the cum and ex dividends on the cash market on (5-6/7). (LK/LM)
