Duta Pertiwi Nusantara to share IDR 4.97 billion of cash dividend
JAKARTA. PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (DPNS), a manufacturer of plywood adhesives from Pontianak, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 4.97 billion or IDR 15 per share.
This plan is in accordance with the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of DPNS, held last week. In this meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 17.4% of the net profit in 2022 as cash dividend.
The cash dividend is given to DPNS’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on July 6, 2023. Then, the disbursement will take place on July 21, 2023.
According to IDNFinancials data, DPNS scored net profit of IDR 28.62 billion in 2022. At the end of the last year, the company still held onto its retained earnings of IDR 197.38 billion and total equity of IDR 329.96 billion.
As of now, approximately 51.18% of DPNS is controlled by PT Dutapermana Makmur. Public investors then claim another 36.11% followed by Bank Julius Baer and Co Ltd Singapore with 6.81%, Siang Hadi Widjaja 5.71%, and Ng Tjie Koang 0.20%. (KR/ZH)
