Indeks52 debuts, Indocement grabs 3 categories
JAKARTA – During the official launch event of Indeks52 last Friday (23/6), PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), a renowned cement manufacturer in Indonesia, is reportedly listed in three different categories in Indeks52.
Indeks52, known completely as Indeks TEMPO-IDNFinancials 52, consists of constituents selected based on criteria set by the committee. These criteria include market capitalisation, minimum free float of 7.5%, and the average frequency and volume of traded shares.
Indocement is listed under Main Index, High Dividend, and Big Market Cap categories. With the market cap of IDR 33.5 trillion, INTP recorded free float rate of 45.28% and 13,608 shareholders. Until today’s (26/6) closing bell in Indonesia Stock Exchange, 1.03 million shares are being traded in 1,073 transactions. Then, INTP is closed at IDR 9,750 today.
INTP has also scored average dividend yield ratio of 5.57% within the past five years. In the fiscal year 2022, INTP’s dividend allocation was seen shrinking due to the anticipatory initiative regarding the decline of cement industry this year.
Fortunately, INTP’s performance in Q1 2023 improved, as indicated by its revenue that increased to IDR 4.2 trillion and its net profit that doubled to IDR 371.4 billion. (ZH)
