JAKARTA - PT Indorama Synthetics Tbk (INDR) will distribute dividend of IDR 240 per share from the fiscal year 2022. This amount is 74.46% lower than the dividend set in the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 940 per share.

From the data compilation by IDNFinancials today (3/7), this issuer is said to channel out cash dividend of IDR 157.04 billion on July 25, 2023. The net profit attributable to the parent entity clocked up to USD 42.53 million, while its retained earnings and total equity was USD 306.45 million and USD 465.15 million, respectively.

The shareholders set the cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market on July 6-7, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on July 10-11.

Last year, this garment and textile manufacturer managed to allocate IDR 615.09 billion of its net profit in 2021 as dividend. The net profit attributable to the parent company in 2021 was at USD 84.56 million, while the retained earnings and total equity were recorded at USD 305.38 million and USD 463.85 million, respectively.

Prior to this, the company abstained from giving out dividend due to the lack of profitability in 2020. The entire net profit in said year, amounting to USD 6.23 million, was allocated as retained earnings. (LK/ZH)
