CGS-CIMB Securities now owns 5.37% of Astrindo Nusantara (BIPI) after purchasing another 110 million shares
JAKARTA - On Monday, June 19, foreign investor CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. purchased 110 million shares of oil and gas issuer PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI). Previously, this Singaporean investor owned approximately 5.2% of BIPI shares, but this spending has increased its ownership to 5.37%. Furthermore, 50 million shares of the hospital's management company, PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), were purchased by PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, increasing this majority shareholder's ownership to 77.28%.
Several other investors purchased shares as well, albeit in much smaller quantities. PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara continued to purchase 7.5 million shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), an electric vehicle battery manufacturer, and PT Terang Anugrah Abadi purchased 4.47 million shares of PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), a jewelry manufacturer. Furthermore, mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back 3.53 million DOID shares, while individual investor Djajang Tanuwidjaja purchased 2.10 million shares of construction company PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTL). PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk also purchased 1 million additional shares in property developer PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN).
GOTO Peopleverse Fund, on the other hand, completed the largest share sale this time by selling 30.17 million shares of the on-demand service provider issuer, PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Investor Lo Kheng Hong also sold 4.03 million shares of finance company PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk (CFIN), while the majority shareholder of PT Eratex Djaja Tbk (ERTX), which is PT Ungaran Sari Garments, sold 107 thousand ERTX shares.
